Delete your account
What deletion removes
Deleting your account is permanent. It removes every child profile, every story and its illustrations and narration, your settings, and the account itself. This cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
In the app, go to Dashboard → Account → Delete account. You'll confirm with a short adult check and a final warning, and then everything is erased.
If you can't sign in
If you can't reach the in-app option, email kontakt@dreamtales.no from your account email address and we'll delete your account and data for you.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Cancel yours from Dashboard → Account → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's billing portal, or email us and we will do it. Do this first, so you are not billed again.
